2. Order processing & dispatch
- Orders are processed within 24–48 hours of order confirmation.
- Once your order is dispatched you will receive a dispatch confirmation with tracking details.
3. Delivery time
- Standard delivery: 3–5 working days from dispatch (working days exclude weekends & public holidays).
- Delivery times are estimates and may vary due to courier schedules, high demand periods, or remote area exceptions.
4. Tracking your order
- We will send a tracking number via WhatsApp and/or email once your order is dispatched.
- Use the tracking link provided to monitor shipment status. If tracking does not update within 48 hours of dispatch, contact us.
6. Changing delivery details or cancelling orders
- Change address / cancel order: Contact us immediately. If the order has not dispatched, we can update/cancel it.’’
