How do I place an order?
You can place your order through our website by adding items to your cart and proceeding to checkout. You will receive an order confirmation once the purchase is complete.
How do I know my size?

Do you restock sold-out items?
Some styles are restocked depending on fabric availability. Follow us on Facebook & Instagram or subscribe to our newsletter for restock updates.
SHIPPING & DELIVERY
Do you deliver islandwide?
Yes, we offer delivery across Sri Lanka.
What are your delivery charges?
We offer a fixed delivery charge of Rs. 350 for all orders, islandwide.
How long will delivery take?
All orders are delivered within 2–3 days anywhere in Sri Lanka by our trusted delivery partner.
RETURNS & EXCHANGES
Do you accept returns or exchanges?
Yes, we accept exchanges within 10 days of purchase, provided the item is in original condition — unworn, unwashed, and with all tags attached.
Please note: Cash refunds are not available.
How do I request an exchange?
Message us on WhatsApp (+94 71 3 311 322) or email us at info@modara.lk
with your order number. Once approved, you may send the item back to our online store address.
Are sale items exchangeable?
No. Items purchased on sale, discount, or as an exchange are not eligible for further exchange.
Do you charge for exchange delivery?
Yes — standard delivery fees apply unless otherwise stated in our promotions or loyalty benefits.
PAYMENTS
What payment methods do you accept?
We accept Cash on Delivery (COD) and online payments through secure payment gateways.
Is Cash on Delivery available for all orders?
Yes, COD is available islandwide. Please ensure someone is available to receive and pay for your item at the time of delivery.
