- Items must be in their original condition — unworn, unwashed, and with all tags attached.
- Items that are damaged, altered, soiled, or unhygienic will not be accepted.
3. Eligibility

4. Proof of Purchase
- A valid online receipt or online order confirmation email must be presented.

Faulty Products – Online Purchases
At Modara Clothing, we take great care to ensure all our garments meet the highest standards. In the unlikely event that your items arrive damaged, faulty, or not as described, you are entitled to a one-to-one replacement or a full refund.

Collection & Inspection
- Modara Clothing will arrange to collect the item(s) free of charge.
- Once returned, all products will undergo a thorough inspection to confirm the fault before any replacement or refund is processed.
Exclusions
Your return or refund may be declined if:
- The damage is due to neglect, misuse, or failure to follow care instructions.
- The item shows normal wear and tear from use.
- The issue is reported after the 24-hour grace period.
Special Notes
1. Return Shipping (Change of Mind/Faulty Items):
- For exchanges due to change of mind, customers are responsible for return postage unless otherwise agreed in writing. For faulty items reported within 24 hours, Modara Clothing will arrange and cover collection or return postage.
2. Frequent Buyer Free Shipping
- As a thank-you to our loyal customers, Modara Clothing offers free return shipping for exchanges to customers who qualify as “Frequent Buyers.” To qualify, a customer must have completed 3 or more purchases within the last 6 months (orders must be paid and fulfilled). Once eligible, the customer receives free return shipping for one exchange per qualifying order.
3. Proof of Return
- Please return items via a tracked service and provide the tracking number. Modara Clothing is not responsible for items lost in transit without proof of postage.
4.Fault Evidence Required
- Please send clear photos showing the defect within 24 hours (e.g., tearing, incorrect item, manufacturing stains). Minor differences in fabric texture or color variance as shown in product photos do not qualify as faults.
5.Single-Return Policy (Per Garment)
- Each physical garment sold by Modara Clothing may be returned or exchanged only once. This rule applies to change-of-mind exchanges; verified faulty items are exempt and will be handled per our Faulty Products policy.
